HERDA support

A training log for strength and endurance workouts, with local history and statistics.

Private beta. No public App Store release is available.

Strength and endurance

Use Strength to build an exercise library, create an ordered plan or start an empty session. Start a set, then tap to log reps. Loads can differ between reps, and half reps can be recorded. Finish the session to save it in history.

Endurance records the chosen activity with the sensors you enable. GPS, steps and heart rate depend on device support and permissions. Pauses exclude paused intervals from adjusted measurements. Profile contains settings and the detailed Log; Stats summarizes saved workouts.

Your saved data

The new beta stores profile and workout records on the device. It does not sync new health data through iCloud. Supabase storage is being prepared and is not connected yet. There is currently no user-facing export/restore feature or app-operated cloud backup. Removing the app removes its local data.

If saving fails, keep the app installed and retry. An interrupted iPhone strength workout is recovered from its local checkpoint. Recovered endurance workouts are paused until you choose Resume; the app cannot measure the time it was closed.

Apple Watch

Watch-owned completed recordings transfer to the paired iPhone. Keep HERDA installed on both devices and open the iPhone app after reconnecting. The Watch retains its completed recording until the iPhone confirms a saved import. Physical-device testing is still required for sensor accuracy and paired-device delivery.

Privacy and feedback

Read the HERDA privacy policy. Activity-presence sharing is optional and off by default in the new beta.
